Starry Employee Uniform Revamp

As an internet service provider, Starry was looking to officially establish its employee uniform program. This spanned several roles in Construction, Project Management, Installation, and Marketing, with the goal of creating an updated seasonal budget along with the appropriate cadence of uniform distribution, taking into account the unique needs of each department.

Throughout the process, I closely collaborated with the facilities and creative teams and external vendors to ensure that the new uniforms aligned with the company’s brand identity and operational needs, while also fostering a sense of unity among employees. The successful implementation of this program was meant to not only enhance the professional appearance of the team but also contribute to employee morale and engagement.
