In February 2019, I oversaw the comprehensive construction project for Starry’s new office in Arlington, VA, the goal being to have the office open and operational by mid-summer. The project included sourcing and coordinating with various vendors, such as contractors, internet service providers, and furniture companies. Internal IT and design teams were closely consulted to align the project's vision with practical execution, and a detailed budget was developed to secure the necessary funding.

Additionally, I managed the process of obtaining a business license - an eleventh-hour surprise need that was essential for compliance. Final steps included coordinating occupancy inspection and managing the logistics of the office move to ensure an easy transition into the newly completed space.

The office was ready for move-in slightly ahead of schedule in June 2019.
