Starry IPO Swag Drop
I played a key role in assisting the creative team with a project aimed at celebrating the company's public listing on the New York Stock Exchange. My primary responsibility was to coordinate a swag drop that would encapsulate the excitement of this milestone.
To begin with, I conducted thorough research on various products and vendors to ensure that the swag items would be both unique and representative of the company's brand identity. Evaluating potential products involved looking into quality, design, and relevance to employees and other stakeholders. I compared options across multiple suppliers, taking into consideration factors such as pricing, production timelines, and the ability to customize items to reflect Starry’s branding.

Final Swag Presentation
Once the product selection was finalized, I managed the logistics of the swag drop, which included developing an “order form” and distributing it across the Starry network and coordinating with the chosen vendor for timely delivery. I ensured that all items were produced to the appropriate specifications and met quality standards. Additionally, I collaborated with the HR and creative leadership to strategize the best way to unveil the swag to celebrate and promote the event effectively.
This experience not only provided valuable lessons in project coordination but also underscored the importance of teamwork and creativity in executing a successful brand initiative. The project ultimately launched a one-of-a-kind t-shirt that resonated well with both employees and stakeholders, symbolizing the company's new journey on the stock exchange.
