Employee Uniform Budget

For this project, I was tasked with the important responsibility of developing a comprehensive and detailed budget to update the uniforms across the entire company. Collaborating closely with both the facilities team and creative leadership, I navigated competing priorities to source the most appropriate platform for producing the gear while also determining the most effective approach for ordering and distributing to all employees.

I presented several budget options that took into account various factors such as summer versus winter gear, the decision to compile kits or allow for a la carte ordering, and I provided analysis on which specific items each team should receive, along with the appropriate quantities needed. This thorough process ensured that the uniform update met both functional and aesthetic needs while also remaining financially feasible for the organization.
