For this project, I was tapped by the Vice President, Brand and Creative to develop a budget aimed at tracking creative resources, including designers, production companies, and copywriters, enabling leadership to forecast future budget needs accurately. To achieve this, I generated and updated purchase orders, cultivated relationships with creative vendors, and established a systematic process for reconciling payments. Utilizing Airtable, I meticulously tracked project milestones, contracts, and payment statuses, ensuring the VP remained informed with timely updates as necessary. This comprehensive approach helped streamline the budgeting process and provided valuable insights for resource allocation in upcoming projects.
