Breakthrough Energy Founder Visits

Each quarter, we welcomed visits from the Founder, and I played a key role in facilitating these events. I coordinated closely with his travel team to ensure I was always up-to-date on his schedule, allowing me to anticipate any administrative needs. Ahead of each visit, I communicated with building security to streamline access and coordinated meeting setups to align with the agenda. Additionally, I worked with colleagues to adjust their schedules as necessary and liaised with the building's Property Manager to address any security or maintenance requirements, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during the Founder’s time at the office.

Breakthrough Energy Annual Executive Meeting

At the beginning of my tenure, I assisted with the coordination of an executive meeting in the DC office, which gathered executives from across the network to establish priorities for the upcoming year. My role involved coordinating closely with building security to ensure seamless entry for all attendees. I organized the logistics for meeting rooms, ensured that meals were catered appropriately, and communicated any necessary updates to the BE employees to keep them informed about the event. This initiative set a collaborative tone for the strategic discussions that would shape the organization's direction.

Breakthrough Energy Team Retreats

Many departments held their all-team meetings in the DC office, and I played a crucial role in facilitating the associated logistics. This involved coordinating meeting room bookings, managing security protocols, and ensuring that all necessary materials and setups were in place. These meetings primarily engaged teams from Communications and Policy, often requiring collaboration with leadership and colleagues to ensure seamless execution. By addressing logistical details, I helped create an environment conducive to productive discussions and teamwork across the network.
